F.R.E.E.[tm] supports AB126, by Assembly Member Lou Papan. It would establish by statute, our children's rights to both parents.

F.R.E.E.[tm] opposes AB200 by Assembly Member Shiela Kuehl. It would make it nearly impossible for fathers accused of abuse to gain custody or visitation of their children. While it is not the position of F.R.E.E.[tm] to turn helpless children over to truly violent parents, the present ease with which such charges may be brought makes AB200 a virtual roadblock our children's right to know both parents.

F.R.E.E.[tm] opposes AB400, also by Assembly Member Shiela Kuehl

. This bill would reverse last year's hard-won victory of SB509.
