It would establish <strong>by statute</strong>, our children's rights to <strong>both</strong> parents. <p>F.R.E.E.<small><sup>[tm]</sup></small> <strong>opposes</strong> <a href="http://www.sen.ca.gov/leginfo/bill/current/ab/from0200/ab0200/introver.txt">AB200</a> by Assembly Member <img width=28 height=11 src="../gif/ewe.gif"><a href="http://ais3.assembly.ca.gov/demweb/members/a41/">Shiela Kuehl</a>. It would make it nearly impossible for fathers accused of abuse to gain custody or visitation of their children. While it is not the position of F.R.E.E.<small><sup>[tm]</sup></small> to turn helpless children over to truly violent parents, the present ease with which such charges may be brought makes AB200 a virtual roadblock our children's right to know both parents.</p> <p>F.R.E.E.<small><sup>[tm]</sup></small> <strong>opposes</strong> <a href="http://www.sen.ca.gov/leginfo/bill/current/ab/from0400/ab0400/introver.txt">AB400</a>, also by Assembly Member <img width=28 height=11 src="../gif/ewe.gif"><a href="http://ais3.assembly.ca.gov/demweb/members/a41/">Shiela Kuehl</a></p>.
