- Throughout the past decade, there has been an increase in reports of child sexual abuse, largely because of improved education and prevention efforts. But the focus historically has been on female victims, with minimal attention to boys and adult male survivors.

This treatise, written by Jim Hopper, M.A., a Ph.D. candidate in Clinical Psychology at the U of Massachusetts, appears to conclude that the answer is "No" in both cases. Interesting argument though there is a touch of, "The world is wrong, we're right."

A Recovered Memory Therapist Recants

"In a sample of homicide cases in 75 of the nation's most populous counties, state court judges or juries during 1988 acquitted 6 percent of the husband defendants, compared to 31 percent of the wife defendants.
